There are four graphic files which must be included here. Canlabs, blankbox, frtlabel and frtcrate. These are PCX bitmap images, at 300 dpi, 256 colors. The paint program in Windows may not be able to handle them. Better shareware and freeware paint programs can be had from the net. (Try the Multimedia heading at www.tucows.com) We have provided a scale ,so that you can adjust the sizing of files in a program. If sized in accord with the scale, they will print up at approximately 1/24 scale. The files will produce: an egg crate, fruit crate, fruit crate labels and can labels. Folding crates should be self-explanatory. Labels can be used on our crate, or on crates you make yourself.

Can labels can be used for cans or jars. A simple thing: paint a thin dowel silver, cut into segments, paint the tops and bottoms silver. Follow by gluing our labels. You can also use beads. We have found square beads whose natural colors (brown, tan) were perfect for jars. We merely added labels and painted the slightly rounded portion on top a silver or brass color.

These items can be used as freight, or as scenery in kitchens, general stores, etc.

 Have fun.
